QHS was the brainchild of Dawood Asghar who after several years in the specialist cleaning industry wanted to offer customers a more tailored and improved service through exceeding standards.

He noticed that with some of the larger companies, standards were not always consistent. Staffing problems could lead to unreliability and poor standards while customers found it difficult to complain to someone who took immediate action and really cared about their complaint.

For this reason he has chosen to keep QHS as a small, family based business employing local people who share the same high standards and pride in their work.
